The worst thing about Oneplus 8 Pro and other curved devices that it is hard to get good screen tempered glasses. Most of them seem not to covered the edges. I was really glad when I found Glazedinc Curved UV Tempered Glass for OnePlus 8 Pro.
Even though the price they charge is premium, but I have happy to finally get a curved tempered glass for OnePlus 8 Pro.
My experience with Glazedinc Curved UV Tempered Glass was really bad. Going though a lot of trouble, paying a premium price, getting a defective product and then really bad customer service. The UV light I received was not as it was shown in the instructions video and was really low quality.

I couldn’t find this glass on Amazon or Flipkart to write the review and share my experience and there were no reviews online (apart from one or two probably sponsored videos) that I could find, so I decided to write this critical review on my blog itself.
Installation – REALLY MESSY
It might look simple and easy in the instructions video but the video skips few details. My experience of installation was really messy.
As per the instructions, I emptied the glue bottle on the screen of my OnePlus 8 Pro and slowly the glass settled on the glue. Even though Oneplus 8 Pro has a huge screen, there was a LOT of extra glue coming from the edges and you have to clean it before you dry out the glue. It was really difficult to clean it because even with a little touch with the cloth, the glass was sliding up and down.
It couldn’t be cleaned completely from the sides of the phone. So after drying out the glue with tempered glass, it was again difficult to remove the remaining glue on the sides.
Website – Unprofessional
The website looks really unprofessional. The information regarding installation, returns, refunds is really unorganised. Seems like they have just dumped data there without even formatting.
Customer Support – Unresponsive & Unprofessional
After a long, tedious and messy installation when I turned on the phone, I notices a scratch on the inside of the glass.


I instantly sent them an email with pictures above. Initially, I didn’t get a reply from them.
Then I send them another email and got a really unprofessional reply:

I had followed the instructions as mentioned on their site. And I told them the same in my reply. They said they will check with the team and get back to me.
I got a reply from them after 5 days after sending them a reminder in which they said they will provide replacement if I am ready to pay the shipping and packaging charges. Packaging charges? Really?
Anyway, I denied to pay for anything and they said they will look what best can be done here. That reply was on 14th November. It has been 16 days and I haven’t heard from them even after sending reminder.

Conclusion
Clearly, they don’t have a customer support and whatever they have is really unprofessional.
Maybe, if I had received a not defective tempered glass and didn’t have to contact customer support, this review might have been different.
If customer support is not good for any product or service, I never recommend it to anyone.
Update
They replied to my last email after seeing the tweet of my review.
They said they are ready to issue a replacement and asked me to take the review to which I denied and again had an unprofessional exchange of emails. They still sent the product, but I didn’t apply the tempered on my phone. I am using it without tempered glass since then.
