Recently, OnePlus has released the most waited OxygenOS 3.5.5 for OnePlus 2 devices. But user who updated their OnePlus 2 to OxygenOS 3.5.5 have been facing their OnePlus 2 network drop very frequently.
Many users are furious because of this Network drop issue. Not many people have got this update as this was released just a couple of days ago. But OnePlus has been very quick in acknowledging this issue and coming with OnePlus 2 Network Drop hotfix update.
Yes, OnePlus has already fixed this and has pushed OxygenOS 3.5.6 update this morning. This update is supposed to fix the frequent network drop.

If you haven’t got this hotfix. Don’t worry. This is an incremental update and will reach our to users in phases. If you haven’t updated to OxygenOS 3.5.5 yet, I would suggest to wait for sometime before updating. Otherwise, you might have to wait for some time to get this hotfix update. Better will be, wait for sometime till both the updates has rolled out completely and then update your OnePlus 2.
