The sites that offer a great number of SEO tools: free and paid, desktop and Web-based, designed for SEO rookies and SEO gurus. Such a diversity of SEO apps looks impressive. However, this is the case when quality doesn’t mean quantity.

SEO Software - WebMeUp

Being in the SEO industry for quite a long while, I’ve had my hands on tons of various SEO apps. Truth to be told, the ultimate SEO solution is pretty hard to find. There are lots of factors to consider when choosing all-in-one SEO package. From my experience I can confidently say that an effective SEO solution must:

  •  be user-friendly, have intuitive interface and easy navigation;
  • quickly collect all important SEO data, conveniently arrange and present it;
  • cover a range of onpage optimization tasks: site structure analysis, content optimization, etc.
  • discover new link sources and manage the existing links;
  • monitor popularity of a website across various social media;
  • run analysis of a competition landscape of a business niche.

And the tool I’m going to review seems to have all these constituents. So, ladies and gentlemen, meet WebMeUp. The software appeared on the market a couple of months ago, but it immediately sparked live interest in SEO circles. I got interested as well and ran a serious of tests. After careful analysis, I decided that this SEO software has all the chances to become the most comprehensive internet marketing system. WebMeUp definitely has a huge potential and exceeds similar SEO tools in terms of features and functionality. So, let’s see it in action.

SEO

More detailed pattern of various website raking factors is presented in the ‘Ranking Factors’ module.

Rankings Check And Getting Keyword Suggestions

The ‘Keywords and Rankings’ module lets you check your website rankings fluctuations and keep track of your rankings history and Big 3: Google, Yahoo! and Bing. Also this module is integrated with 16 keyword research mechanisms, which lets you get various keyword ideas and calculate the effectiveness of each word according to Keyword Efficiency Index (KEI).

Analyzing A Website Structure

Switching to the ‘Pages’ module will bring you to the two sub-modules: ‘Site Architecture’ and ‘Landing Pages’. The Site Architecture sub-module runs the detailed analysis of your website structure and coding. The software locates website structural flaws: broken links, coding errors, duplicate content, missing page titles and descriptions, etc.. Also, it provides detailed advice on how to cure the things that hold back your rankings progress.

The ‘Landing Pages’ sub-module can be a great help when optimizing the content of your landing pages. It analyzes the optimization rate of each HTML element of a targeted page and provides the detailed instructions on how to improve it.

Competitors

This module analyzes the competition landscape of your business niche. It lets compare your website against your competitors for a variety of SEO metrics such as Google PR, Alexa Rank, domain age, social media popularity (Facebook, Twitter, Google +) and a lot more.

Baclinks

WebMeUp ‘Backlinks’ module delivers a full pattern of your backlink profile and analyzes each link to various SEO important factors (Google PR, age of the domain a link is placed on, type of link, Anchor text, Anchor URL, etc). To see all this info, you need to switch to the ‘Backlinks’ Profile module.

  Also, the software lets you keep track of your new links and links you can potentially get. In the ‘Backlinks Management’ sub-module you may add links you would like to monitor.

Events

The module may be your personal SEO diary. It lets you keep track of all actions you implement in your SEO campaign. So, you can add events and track their influence on the results of your website promotion.

Bottom Line

Striking up a balance, I can say that WebMeUp managed to pass my personal test and got included into my arsenal of SEO tools.
